Vrindavan Farms naturally set Buffalo curd is made from naturally grazed buffalo milk. They graze in the open field naturally and eat natural grass and leaves and give superior quality milk which is thick and creamy. Buffalos are maintained hygienically. Curd from buffalo milk is thick and creamy. The taste is far superior. Our ancestors had a special liking for buffalo curd. Buffalo curd is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. We follow the natural process to set curd. Milk is boiled to 80°C, cooled down to 40°C, and then culture is added to set curd. Set curd is kept in the cold room and the cold chain is maintained until it reaches the customer. Since we use full cream buffalo milk and follow the natural curd setting process, our curd is naturally thick, aromatic, and tastes awesome.
We use milk from buffalos that are grazed naturally. We follow a simple traditional process which gives us superior quality curd.
