Vrindavan Farms naturally set curd is made from pure naturally grazed 100% natural cow milk. We feed cows with naturally grown green fodders such as Maize, Jowar, and Nappier Grass. We also feed dry fodder such as paddy and raagi straw. In addition to fooder, we also feed naturally formulated cattle feed along with oil cakes.
We follow the natural process to set curd. Milk is boiled to 80°C, cooled down to 40°C, and then culture is added to set curd. Set curd is kept in the cold room and the cold chain is maintained until it reaches the customer. Since we use full cream milk and follow the natural curd setting process, our curd is naturally thick, aromatic, and tastes awesome.
We use 100% natural full cream cow milk to set curd and follow the simple traditional process which gives us superior quality curd.
