We follow a natural process to make Paneer. Milk is boiled and either lemon or natural vinegar is added to curdle the milk. Curdled milk is strained and pressed. Once the paneer is made it's stored in the cold room and the cold chain is maintained until it reaches the customer.
We use forest grazed A2 Desi Cow Milk along with natural ingredients such as lemon to make this paneer.
